By using CSE Reviewer PH (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site provides free practice questions and study information for the Philippine Civil Service Exam for personal, non-commercial educational use. It is an independent resource and is not affiliated with the Civil Service Commission (see our Disclaimer).
2. Acceptable use
- Do not copy, scrape, republish or sell the questions, explanations or other content without our written permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
- Do not use the Site to share actual civil service examination items or any material whose disclosure is prohibited by law, including RA 9416.
- Do not interfere with advertisements, or click ads deliberately or artificially.
3. Intellectual property
The practice questions, explanations, tips, text, design and code of the Site are our original work and are protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293). Laws, the Constitution and official CSC information referenced on the Site belong to the public domain or their respective owners.
4. No guarantee
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep content accurate, but we make no warranties that it is complete, current or error-free, and we do not guarantee that using the Site will make you pass any examination. Practice scores are estimates and do not reflect your official CSC rating.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site, including missed deadlines or schedule changes. Always confirm schedules and requirements with the CSC.
6. Third-party content and ads
The Site may display third-party advertisements and links. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party products, services or websites.
7. Changes
We may change these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
